The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure
seamless delivery of marketing initiatives, persuasive sales/marketing materials, and

Your Day-day
- Project manage and support execution of partner marketing projects across sports,
- Traffic creative assets (key art, video, social, email, OOH) to internal teams,
- Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, delivery calendars, and proof-ofperformance
- Coordinate communication with partners and agencies on deliverables, production
- Manage internal resource hubs (SharePoint, Dropbox, Monday), meeting recaps,
- Support vendor setup, invoicing, budget documentation, and department
- Develop ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management.
- Manage promotional/asset toolkits and ensure alignment with programming
- Collaborate with the programming team to provide partners timely promotional
- Monitor competitive landscape (MVPD/vMVPD/OTT players).
- Apply analytical thinking to measure performance and drive continuous
You Have
- Minimum 3 years of marketing and/or sales experience in a client-facing media role
- Experience creating value-driven partner campaigns that support growth and ROI.
- Strong understanding of creative deliverables, digital marketing, SEO, and asset
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills: with fluency in
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable managing multiple
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project-tracking tools.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
