TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate internal opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a Business Growth - Talent Specialist.
This position is Remote in Dallas, TX.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Growth - Talent Specialist to join our team at TeleSolv Consulting. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of quickly identifying and engaging potential candidates to meet tight timelines associated with bid submissions. You will play a vital role in ensuring our bids are supported by highly qualified talent ready to contribute to our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates specifically for upcoming bids, ensuring quick access to talent when bids arise.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates across various platforms and networks.
- Collaborate with bid teams to understand immediate staffing needs and prioritize candidates based on project requirements.
- Actively engage with candidates, providing them with timely updates and details about bid opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to cultivate a strong talent pool.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align candidate profiles with specific bid requirements and timeline
- Stay informed about industry trends and talent availability to make quick and informed recruitment decisions.
- Analyze market data to refine sourcing strategies and improve the candidate pipeline.
- Maintain organized records of candidate interactions, pipeline status, and recruitment efforts in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates to management on pipeline developments and candidate readiness.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the staffing industry sector or with federal government contracts.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, organizational skills and the ability to especially pipeline candidates for time-sensitive roles.
- Must be familiar with how to research existing contracts and find incumbent personnel
- Familiarity with the bidding process and understanding of the urgency in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on efficiency and responsiveness.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and various recruitment tools.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
