- Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles
- Experience supporting Government operations or high‑volume documentation environments
- Routing messages, documents, packages, and mail to internal offices and Government entities.
- Sorting, opening, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Metering outgoing mail accurately.
- Obtaining receipts for delivered articles and maintaining detailed logs of all received and delivered materials.
- Updating mail logs and Government systems.
- Scanning high‑volume, multi‑page documents with accuracy.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Strong reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Familiarity with handling sensitive or confidential materials.
- Comfort using basic office systems, scanners, logging tools, and tracking systems.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Background Investigation:
This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
