The BA team leads project discovery calls; authors and maintains business requirements documents (BRDs); coordinates stakeholder reviews and approvals; and documents internal systems and processes (including JIRA, BDSI project intake, and AI-related requests).
Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. .
5-10 years of experience.
Top 3 Must-have hard skills:
- Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proficient with software development lifecycle tools
- Proficient with processes (Agile or Scrum methodologies, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, Jira, etc.)
- Experience in Telecom industry a plus, but not required
Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
