Kickstart Connect Representative

 

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients in order to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger onboarding team.

  • Base Salary-$40,000 per year with possibility of OTE of $54,000 per year

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree,,College degree or equivalent Degree
  • 1 year minimum experience in outbound Selling
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals
  • Proven track record of target over achievement, strong sales attitude and desire to meet and overachieve multiple KPIs and Sales Quotas.
  • Previous experience, preferably in the digital industry, in a sales-focused environment, in the following areas:
  • Account management
  • B2B Sales / business development
  • High volume call center
  • Portfolio management
  • Customer / technical support
  • Experience in exceeding sales targets or sales KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Working/ training experience in cross cultural environment
  • Experience/ extensive knowledge of Google Advertising solutions
  • At least one year of sales experience within internet related services/ ads
  • History of strong client interaction, including shared business goals
  • Proven record of target over achievement, strong sales attitude
  • Experience working with CRM system
  • Great relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies with a focus on deep level insights, customer success, upsell strategy, and strong relationship management
  • Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser’s campaigns
  • Interpret and develop business plans focused on driving customer goal achievement
  • Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets
  • Handle a moderate volume of potential clients on a daily basis through outbound and inbound calls, aligning support with opportunities
  • Manage day to day activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.
