This position will be based on-site at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location.
Your Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative solutions to customer questions, issues, and concerns.
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries carefully
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Treat customer information confidentially and sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Communicate effectively with customers
We are looking for fearless individuals who deliver only the best in all they do.
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Preferred: 6 months Call Center experience
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
