We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our PCI Express Protocol test tools product line. This role is responsible for driving product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales enablement to accelerate growth in the high-performance computing, storage, and networking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for PCI Express Protocol Test Tools, including market segmentation, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Conduct market research and customer needs analysis to identify emerging trends, new use cases, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to define go-to-market plans, launch new products and features, and ensure successful market adoption.
- Create and deliver marketing collateral such as datasheets, white papers, presentations, webinars, and case studies.
- Train and enable the sales team with product knowledge, competitive insights, objection handling, and sales tools.
- Engage with key customers, industry analysts, and ecosystem partners to drive awareness, collect feedback, and foster relationships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or product management within the electronics, semiconductor, or test & measurement industry.
- Deep understanding of PCI Express protocol, protocol analyzers, and their applications in system validation and debug.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market growth in technical B2B environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) for customer visits, events, and tradeshows.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other high-speed serial protocols (e.g., USB, Ethernet, SAS/SATA, CXL).
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and customer success.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
