In this role, you'll conduct electrical testing of sealed relays using specialized fixtures and programmable equipment, ensuring compliance with process specifications and production standards.

- Perform electrical testing of sealed relays using test jigs, fixtures, and programmable equipment.
- Follow process specifications, production routers, and safety guidelines.
- Enter labor and timekeeping data accurately for inventory control.
- Interpret specifications, procedures, and drawings to carry out testing instructions.
- Cross-train within the department and support other functions as needed.
- Communicate progress and issues clearly to supervisors and maintain documentation.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Good eye-hand coordination and dexterity for handling small tools under a microscope.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory control.
- Ability to read and write English and perform simple calculations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be motivated to learn and cross-train on other functions.
