Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.
The schedule includes a change for summer hours: June through September is four, ten-hour shifts; October through May, the schedule is five, eight-hour shifts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Pull required parts from inventory as identified on work orders.
- Create subassembly work orders based on production schedule and/or inventory requirements.
- Assists in creation of schedule for production requirements.
- Set up and operates production equipment to manufacture, process, and assemble products, without supervision.
- Use product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOP) to produce products.
- Performs in-process quality testing of product as required by drawings and work orders.
- Monitors output for quality and conformance to standards.
- Prepares and maintains required records of production activities and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues.
- Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and use of PPE.
- Prepares and organizes components for packaging and packages material to meet customer requirements.
- Ensures necessary ERP documents are followed and reported.
- Conducts or assists in training of personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to move between multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day.
- Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing diagrams
- Knowledge of ERP systems, a plus.
- Required to travel around the shop and visit all established workstations.
- Ability to read, write and interpret documentation.
- Required to frequently use a computer.
- Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other materials.
- Ability to single lift 40 lbs.
- Lifting, bending, pulling, and climbing is required.
- Required to visually identify defects in incoming materials as well as use inspection tools and equipment.
