About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join our growing team. In this role, you will support lease development and lease portfolio management through invoicing, reconciliations, data management, and customer support. About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join our growing team. In this role, you will support lease development and lease portfolio management through invoicing, reconciliations, data management, and customer support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, building relationships, and contributing to continuous process improvements in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for lease/loan invoicing, invoice reconciliation and data integrity.
- Ensure all risk management and financial guidelines are adhered to and exceptions documented & approved.
- Maintain relationships with the operational departments of carrier clients for the efficient administration of leasing programs.
- Provide proactive input for efficient process changes, enhancements, and modifications to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes.
- Be responsive and provide ongoing support to the leasing team, sales, marketing, and business development personnel.
- Develop strong working relationships with other operational team members.
- Ensure non-disclosure of proprietary information.
- Continuously learn, share, and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.

What Makes You Successful
- Strong understanding of accounting and accounting processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Positive, high energy and desire to work hard to accomplish goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of financial contracts and concepts.
- Be a proactive thinker and suggest process improvements.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team oriented and able to take direction yet effectively manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- 2 years of experience in Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Finance, Collections, or a related field reqiured or 4-year degree in Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Math, or Finance (preferred).
- Customer Service experience required.
$22 to $24 per hour, based on experience.
