About the Role
As a Billing & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and our office team.
This position combines customer service with accounts payable and receivable responsibilities. You'll assist customers with account questions, schedule appointments, process payments, help manage outstanding balances, and work closely with teammates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Process customer payments
- Monitor and maintain customer account balances
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts
- Assist with payment arrangements when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support month-end accounts receivable activities
Customer Experience
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Assist customers with billing, scheduling, and account questions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional service with every interaction
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Team Support

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Accounts receivable, collections, or office administration experience is preferred but not required.
