This role follows standard operating procedures and good documentation practices to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Summary

Responsibilities
- Execute daily production schedules for filling, labeling, and kit packaging operations.
- Operate both manual and automated production equipment according to established procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good documentation practices (GDP).
- Communicate production status updates to Leads and Supervisors.
- Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned production tasks.
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout manufacturing processes.
- Handle materials and products safely while adhering to PPE and safety guidelines.
- Support a clean and organized production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, including cold storage areas up to -20 C.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Comfortable working around moving mechanical equipment and using required PPE.
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to varying temperatures and mechanical equipment.
- PPE provided and required according to task and safety guidelines.
- Noise levels remain within OSHA permissible limits; hearing protection available if needed.
