This is a contract opportunity only. Anritsu Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support inspection and handling of precision-fabricated thin film components. This role requires strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work with delicate ceramic or glass parts in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform visual inspection of fabricated parts using microscopes
- Inspect components for defects, contamination, or quality issues
- Handle fragile ceramic and glass devices using tweezers and precision tools
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Record inspection results and report defects when identified
- Maintain clean and organized work area while following quality standards
- This position will be reporting to the Fab Supervisor based in Morgan Hill.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection preferred
- Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
- Ability to handle small, delicate components with care and precision
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing is a plus

The hourly base salary range for this position is $22/hr - $25/hr. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
