Shift: 12 hours rotational shift
- Rotational shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and some non-scheduled days.
- Shift pattern: 4 nights → 3 off → 3 days → 1 off → 3 nights → 4 days → 7 off.

Summary
The Greenville, NC site is a multi-purpose pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and packaging facility specializing in sterile injectable and oral solid dose products. This role supports the operation and maintenance of key utility systems to ensure continuous, compliant manufacturing operations across the campus.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain boiler systems and related physical plant equipment including cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, potable water, and chilled water systems according to SOPs and cGMPs.
- Operate and maintain High Purity Water systems such as WFI and PFW generated by RO and distillation units.
- Monitor system performance using computer controls and review recorded operating data to resolve issues and maintain continuous operations.
- Document and communicate equipment status, failures, corrective actions, and operational readiness to management.
- Maintain housekeeping in utility areas and escalate concerns as needed.
Required Skills
- Associate degree in applied science or related field.
- Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in plant equipment operation (boilers, air compressors, utilities, etc.).
- Skilled in problem analysis, planning, and organization.
- Strong attention to detail with effective oral and written communication.
- Proficient in using technical diagnostic and test equipment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, manuals, and technical training materials.
- General trades knowledge (HVAC, electrical, mechanical).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
