What you will be doing:
- Set up test vehicles on a chassis dynamometer using standard processes.
- Set up and operate chassis dyno and emission analyzers based on engineering work requests.
- Drive test vehicles on chassis dyno using prescribed test trace or by engineering direction.
- Particulate filter measurement, including proper handling in a clean environment
- Support daily test scheduling.
- Daily test cell organization and maintenance.
- Participate in safety and quality activities
- Must be willing to work in cold and hot test chambers. ( -35 to 50C)Requirements:
- The position is for the 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm
Requirements:
- High School diploma required. AA or trade school preferred.
- MUST HAVE a minumum of 2 years CHASSIS DYNO EMISSIONS Testing Experience
- 2 years' experience with emissions testing, including EPA drive cycles (FTP 75, US06, HFET), emission analyzer set up and chassis dynamometer operation.
- Ability to address work with a high-level safety mindset
- Clean driving record is required (MVR must be ran)
