Key Responsibilities
- Provide in‑person and remote desktop support for Windows 10 environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Support end‑user connectivity, including LAN and basic networking
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with users
- Document issues, resolutions, and follow‑up actions
- 1.5–3 years of Windows 10 desktop support in a corporate setting
- 1.5–3 years supporting end‑user LAN/networking issues
- Strong customer service
- Ability to provide both remote and hands‑on support
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Highly self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable operating without an onsite client manager
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
