Responsibilities
- Apply and expand existing design system components in Figma
- Support migration of digital experiences to a new platform
- Create design specifications and implementation guidance for engineers
- Review completed work and provide UX feedback
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams
- Help make practical, user-focused decisions in an agile environment
- UX or Product Design experience
- Strong design systems experience
- Advanced Figma skills
- Experience working closely with front-end engineering teams
- Ability to create reusable patterns, documentation, and guidance
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- React or front-end development familiarity
- Strong UI and visual design skills
- Experience supporting platform migrations or modernization efforts
- Ability to work hybrid in Madison, Wisconsin
