- Evaluate risk and review financial documentation for working capital loans
- Review, approve, and fund files that don’t fit traditional loan models
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all funding decisions
- Partner closely with sales and internal teams to drive deals to completion
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to lending policy discussions
- Experience in underwriting, finance, or risk assessment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
- Comfortable with ambiguity, quick task-switching, and technology
- Confident decision-maker who is coachable and adaptable
