- Oversee the MyWall installation process across FGP sites, ensuring each site is technically and clinically ready.
- Travel frequently to various locations (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island) to conduct physical installations and on-site assessments.
- Collaborate closely with construction teams and clinical project managers to determine optimal timing for installations.
- Evaluate each site’s suitability for MyWall integration, assessing both technical (hardware/software) and clinical needs.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and IT, ensuring seamless communication and buy-in from end users.
- Experience with desktop related work, doing deployments of hardware and software, etc.
- Guide and lead teams on both hardware and software aspects—ensuring devices, network connections, and workflows align with clinical needs.
- Coordinate with desktop support teams and facilities teams as needed to resolve technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Lead and mentor smaller project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring best practices in both tech and healthcare settings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong technical expertise, with experience in desktop support or IT technical roles.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred, with comfort working alongside clinical staff.
- Familiarity with healthcare technologies, such as WOW carts or other clinical tools.
- Experience leading projects that involve both hardware (devices, kiosks) and software solutions.
- Ability to assess site readiness for MyWall installations and adapt plans accordingly.
- Strong project leadership skills, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical teams and clinical staff.
- Ability to travel frequently between sites and work primarily on-site.
