Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a diverse foreclosure portfolio, ensuring compliance with CFPB and investor requirements. Oversee real estate-secured loan litigation, coordinating with internal and external legal counsel to navigate litigation processes effectively. Ensure adherence to industry standards and investor guidelines in all foreclosure and litigation activities. Monitor case progress and provide guidance to team members for timely resolution of foreclosure and litigation matters. Represent the organization in court proceedings as needed.
