- 5 Years of Experience in:
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft (EntraID, Intune)
- On-prem virtualization experience
- Solutions architect: out of the box solutioning with ability to execute
- The Systems Engineer will focus on server infrastructure and cloud‑based solutions and is expected to deliver a high standard of customer service while continuously expanding technical expertise in cloud technologies, virtualization, and enterprise networking.
- You will support a broad range of environments, including Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft 365, Duo security administration, email security solutions, and business continuity and disaster recovery platforms.
- You will manage solutions end to end and engage directly with clients to assess, design, implement, and support the critical IT infrastructure that underpins their business operations.
- You will take ownership of complex technical issues—researching, diagnosing, and resolving challenges across server, cloud, and networked environments—while acting as a sr. escalation point for Service Desk tickets, requests, and client inquiries.
