PM / Superintendent (Telecom/DAS)
- Foreman Level (Journeyman Level Licensing)
- 5-7 Years experience
- Manage a crew of 11-25 people
- Can conduct toolbox talk and productive whiteboard meeting
- Maintain Crews timesheets
- Knowledge of multiple disciplines (Fire Alarm, Telecom, Security, Electrical)
- Preparing daily reports, logs, and schedule updates
- Entry level leadership training and communication training
- Maintaining BIR owned equipment (company first mentality)
