Building Automation & HVAC

Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year experience in service coordination, dispatch, or technical call center support
- Prior exposure to BAS, EMS, HVAC, or facilities systems environments
- Ability to support a high‑call‑volume, alarm‑driven queue
- Strong troubleshooting and issue‑triage skills
- Comfortable prioritizing tickets under SLA and time‑sensitive conditions
- Experience working in ticketing or work‑order systems
- Clear verbal and written communication with field technicians and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- High School Diploma or GED

- Monitor alarms, offline devices, scheduling, and setpoint issues
- Manage tickets from creation through closure
- Coordinate dispatch and escalation of field technicians
- Communicate system status and next steps to internal teams and customers
- Document troubleshooting actions and outcomes
- Support system portals and operational updates as needed
