Our client is seeking a Sr. Analyst, CX Solutions Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, with a focus on delivering integrated customer engagement solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Service Cloud V1 solutions, including lead and opportunity management, customer data management, service ticketing, workflows, and SLA processes.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party applications.
- Support testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams to drive continuous improvement.
- SAP Sales and Service Cloud (C4C): Deep expertise in SAP's CRM platform is the most critical skill. While experience with the latest V2 version is preferred, a strong background in V1 or the broader SAP CRM platform is also valuable.
- Solution Design: The role is focused on the IT side and requires the ability to design and enhance the system based on business requirements, rather than just gathering requirements as a business analyst would.
- Systems Integration: While not mandatory, knowledge of how integrations work, particularly with ERP systems, is a significant plus and will be highly valued.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven experience working with business and functional teams to translate their needs into technical solutions is essential for success in this role.
- Senior-Level Experience: The client is looking for a Senior analyst, ideally with 8-10 or more years of experience in a similar capacity.
- SAP CX certifications, SAP BTP, C4C SDK/ABSL, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Fiori integration experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- 5 years of SAP experience is a must, including hands-on implementation and support of SAP Sales Cloud V1 and SAP Service Cloud V1.
- Strong understanding of CRM and customer service processes.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
