You’ll own your pipeline end‑to‑end—clearing conditions, coordinating appraisals and title, issuing disclosures, preparing closings, and ensuring every loan is accurate, compliant, and on time. Ideal candidates bring 3 years of processing experience, strong knowledge of Texas mortgage and home equity requirements, and a detail‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills. - 3 years of mortgage processing experience (some outdated experience acceptable)
- Experience with first purchase and home equity loans
- Strong knowledge of Texas mortgage/home equity requirements
- Familiarity with ATR, TRID, and Dodd‑Frank regulations
- Experience with loan origination systems; FISERV Velocity/OSI DNA preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
