This is a high-visibility, business-facing Sr. BSA / emerging Product Owner role embedded onsite with DEPCOM Power.

This individual will act as the face of IT to the business, partnering across all levels (including executive leadership) to:

• Translate business needs into technology solutions
• Evaluate and optimize a large SaaS ecosystem
• Bring structure and prioritization to a growing backlog of initiatives

Business Partnership / Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary IT liaison onsite for business stakeholders
• Build relationships across:

• Gather and define business needs and problem statements
• Develop:
• Objectives
• Value propositions
• Requirements
• Conduct solution evaluation and market/vendor research (SaaS tools)

• Support:
• SaaS implementations
• System enhancements (ERP, integrations, automation)
• Technology rationalization / optimization

• Initially:
• Execute on prioritized backlog items
• Over time:
• Take ownership of backlog refinement and planning
