The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- The ability to take business requirements, rules, conditions and define it into tech specs (Agile; developer stories) for a development efforts
- Ability to lead developers through design/analysis to come up with solutions to resolve issues like; production defects, system functionality not working as intended OR meeting a requirement
- Postman, workflow automation, swagger, API mapping as mentioned above
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle priorities ie planned/swapping to emergency needs and still meet goals
- Ability to lead discussions according to the audience ie; business vs technology
- Specific systems; Jira, Confluence, excel spreadsheets, visio or mural (workflow tools)
