What You'll Do
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently while providing a positive experience.
- Communicate important appointment and case details with patients and internal teams.
- Ensure all patient and case information is documented and maintained accurately in electronic systems.
- Review and audit electronic records to support quality and compliance standards.
- Follow established scheduling policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues, providers, and leadership to support patient care goals.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- 2 years of recent call center or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and respond professionally in a dynamic environment
- Adaptability and willingness to support different teams and departments as business needs evolve
- Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help patients during every interaction
- Ability to maintain quality and composure while working under pressure
