Activities:
∙ Monitor and manage ServiceNow queues, ensuring timely triage, assignment, and resolution of ERP-related incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA targets
∙ Analyze, document, and maintain SAP role design, including role creation, modification, and segregation of duties (SoD) compliance across business units
∙ Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP role and authorization configurations
Qualifications
∙ Demonstrated experience with SAP role design and authorization concepts, including profile management, composite roles, and user administration in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
∙ Working knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and GRC tooling within SAP environments
