Seeking a Salesforce Product Owner / Business Analyst to support CRM and marketing automation initiatives. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and CRM technical resources to manage application enhancements, lead management processes, routing workflows, intake processes, requirements gathering, solutioning, and delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Product Owner capabilities while also being comfortable performing Business Analyst responsibilities. This role is less focused on technical configuration and development work and more focused on business outcomes, stakeholder communication, documentation, prioritization, and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
The resource will support CRM-related initiatives involving Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe products, customer data platforms, and other marketing technology solutions. They will work alongside the Product Manager and business stakeholders to drive growth initiatives, personalization strategies, customer experience improvements, lead connectivity, and CRM optimization efforts.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Candidates should be self-starters who can roll up their sleeves, prioritize effectively, and operate within both a large enterprise environment and a startup-like team culture.
