Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews of case work, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client standards
- Identify trends, errors, and process gaps; recommend and implement corrective actions
- Monitor production metrics and turnaround times to ensure service level expectations are met
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed quality assurance records, audit logs, and reporting documentation
- Investigate quality issues and partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance and quality outcomes
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members on quality standards and processes
- Support documentation preparation for audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and stakeholders to enhance quality processes
- 2 years of experience in an administrative healthcare position (Patient access, insurance verification, medical assistant, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with data tracking, reporting, or audit processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience reviewing case files, audits, or documentation workflows
