Remote Client Coordinator (Healthcare Data Entry)

TEKsystems is now hiring a REMOTE Client Coordinator for our IRO client!

This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills and an interest in working in a fast-paced healthcare-related corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding questions, report statuses, concerns, or requests for information.
• Enter and retrieve client or examinee information using databases and internal systems.
• Maintain daily communication with the Quality Assurance (QA) department regarding workflow, pending reports, and turnaround times.
• File and archive open and closed cases; ensure client data and guidelines remain current and accurate in the system.
• Work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely completion of tasks, proper documentation, and efficient case management.
• Direct calls to appropriate internal departments as needed; assist in resolving customer complaints or quality-related issues.
• Perform clerical tasks including typing, filing, proofreading, emailing, and documentation management.
• Ensure all activities comply with federal and state legal and safety regulations, including HIPAA.
• Notify management of any report discrepancies or concerns requiring escalation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of clerical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a medical office or insurance environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications, and general office equipment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  
  
  

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote with a standard schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
