Remote Call Center Representative

100% Remote | 3 Month Contract | $17.50/hour

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading insurance and financial services organization. This is a fully remote, call center-based position where you will assist customers with policy-related questions, account support, billing inquiries, and general customer service needs.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering a positive customer experience through both inbound and outbound interactions.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and service requests.
• Provide timely and accurate resolution to customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding requests and account updates.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within internal systems.
• Process customer requests while adhering to company procedures and service standards.
• Meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership in a customer-focused environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or contact center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Insurance, healthcare, financial services, or related industry experience is preferred.

• 100% remote position within the United States.
• Monday through Friday scheduling.
• Hours fall within the operating window of 7:00 AM CST to 6:00 PM CST.
• Equipment provided.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented call center environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
