Introduction

Training will be provided to support performance and continued development.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with questions about products, services, and procedures.
• Listen to customer concerns and provide clear, appropriate information.
• Identify customer needs and guide callers toward suitable solutions.
• Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team when additional assistance is needed.
• Maintain courteous and professional conversations, including in challenging situations.
• Document relevant call information accurately according to established procedures.
• Follow service guidelines and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
