Remote Account Manager- Must Live In Western NY

NOW HIRING REMOTE SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES!

• MUST live in Western NY - (Rochester, Buffalo, or Syracuse areas) Account Management Associates primary responsibilities are to manage account service entitlements and administer billings for Service Contracts, Software Assurance, Time and Material service and Professional Services.
  
  
  

Daily Tasks

• Processing maintenance agreement orders
• Warranty registrations
• Billing for time/material calls
• Communicating with external customers (email and outbound calls for lapsed contracts)
• Supporting account management and customer retention
• Primarily back-end support (processing, admin tasks)
• Some outbound calls for renewals (not cold calling)
• May provide quotes if requested, but not responsible for new sales
  
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business environment (order processing, sales/service)
• Degree is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and possibly Salesforce

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
