- MUST live in Western NY - (Rochester, Buffalo, or Syracuse areas)
Daily Tasks
- Processing maintenance agreement orders
- Warranty registrations
- Billing for time/material calls
- Communicating with external customers (email and outbound calls for lapsed contracts)
- Supporting account management and customer retention
- Primarily back-end support (processing, admin tasks)
- Some outbound calls for renewals (not cold calling)
- May provide quotes if requested, but not responsible for new sales
- 3–5 years in business environment (order processing, sales/service)
- Degree is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and possibly Salesforce
