Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate daily crew safety meetings
- Conduct customer meetings, reporting, and documentation
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and trades on-site
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure customer deliverables
- Perform drawing overlays and review construction blueprints
- Read grades and cuts in the field
- Manage materials, equipment, and supplies to anticipate upcoming work needs
- Construction Management
- Blueprint Reading
- Microsoft Suite
- CAD
- BlueBeam
- 5–10 years of construction software experience (BlueBeam, CAD)
- 5–10 years leading construction projects (strong prior leadership roles)
- Experience managing trades, including subcontractor oversight and conflict resolution
- Physical Security

- Project Budgeting
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Forward‑thinking and detail‑oriented
- Excellent, high‑detail communication skills
- Active OSHA 30 Certification
- Heavy Equipment Certification (any type)
