Project Manager / Business Analyst (Hybrid)

((Candidates need to be currently living within 2HR of Boston, MA))

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead initiatives involving software development, system migrations, and data management. This role requires strong project planning, documentation, stakeholder communication, and technical analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full SDLC for application implementations and system migrations.
• Coordinate UAT, SIT, and performance testing.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• 8 years in PM/BA roles within SDLC environments.
• Technical expertise in Java, .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM, ADA compliance, and NIST security standards.
• Experience handling PII/PHI data.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Visio, MS Project, and collaboration tools.
  
  
  

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, IIBA, Six Sigma, or TOGAF.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64.28 - $64.28/hr.
