Project Manager Assistant to support low‑voltage construction projects. You’ll
work closely with Project Managers and a small office team (approx. 10 people)
to keep project documentation, financials, and administrative workflows running
smoothly.

About The Role
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented
Project Manager Assistant to support low‑voltage construction projects. You’ll
work closely with Project Managers and a small office team (approx. 10 people)

Responsibilities
- Maintain project files, documentation, and correspondence
- Assist with billing, invoicing, purchasing, and financial recordkeeping
- Support timekeeping, labor tracking, and project reporting
- Prepare required documents for customers and internal teams
- Update spreadsheets and verify project data for accuracy
- Ensure administrative tasks meet contractual and company standards
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs required)
- 2 years as a Project Coordinator/Assistant
- Construction/Accounting experience a a plus, but not required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
