Job Description
The Project Coordinator supports awarded service projects by managing contract-related activities and providing first-line support to the Project Manager. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are organized, tracked accurately, and completed efficiently through close coordination with internal teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with coordinating project schedules and daily job activities
- Track work orders from job creation through completion and billing
- Maintain and update inventory tracking systems
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal teams, customers, and vendors
- Research and troubleshoot discrepancies related to work orders and inventory
- Support and maintain strong working relationships between MP Nexlevel and subcontractors
- Perform additional duties as needed, including supply runs, office pickups, and general administrative support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
