project and portfolio management by driving financial tracking, forecasting,and reporting efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project financial management, exceptional Excel skills, and a proven ability to coordinate
project activities while delivering financial insights that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track project financials, including:
- Forecasting
- Accruals
- Invoice coding
- Budget tracking and reconciliation
- Perform financial analysis and deliver reporting to stakeholders
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery through coordination activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and financial targets
- Maintain accurate financial data and documentation across multiple projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and transparency
- Identify opportunities to improve financial tracking and forecasting processes
- Experience working in a PMO or enterprise project environment
- Supporting portfolio or program-level financials
- Familiarity with financial systems or project management tool
