What You’ll Do
- Create, schedule, and release work orders to support production priorities
- Use an MRP/ERP system (ExactMAX or similar) to manage planning activities
- Coordinate with purchasing to ensure material availability
- Review and interpret BOMs and routings to support accurate scheduling
- Communicate daily with engineering, production, and supply chain teams
- Adjust schedules as priorities change in a low‑volume, high‑mix environment
- Experience with MRP or ERP systems (any system is fine)
- Some exposure to production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
- Recent grads with a Supply Chain, Operations, or related degree are highly encouraged to apply
- Comfortable working with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Strong communication skills — able to bridge gaps between teams
- Self‑starter who can work independently once trained
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn — culture fit matters
- Production planning or scheduling
- MRP / ERP systems

- Schedule planning
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience in fiber optics, electronics assembly, or precision manufacturing
- Familiarity with work order management
- Intermediate or strong Excel skills
