Product Owner & Program Manager - AML Technology (W2 Contract | Remote) We're partnering with a large, well-established financial services organization to support a major AML technology initiative tied to the onboarding of a new investment services platform. This effort is expanding existing Agile teams and driving enhancements and integrations across core AML systems.
*This is a W2 contract opportunity* with strong potential for extension and/or conversion.

Development Product Owner (2 Openings) These roles are hands-on and highly technical, embedded within Scrum teams supporting AML platforms and integrations.
What You'll Do
* Join and augment existing Agile/Scrum teams
* Decompose epics into well-defined features and user stories
* Lead feature refinement and backlog grooming sessions
* Produce detailed software documentation, including:
* Source-to-target mappings
* Data movement and transformation logic
* Integration requirements
* Partner with QA and business teams on:
* Test case development
* UAT, PVT, and production readiness
* Business validation activities
* Support enhancements to AML workflows and systems
* Participate in occasional after-hours support (1-2 times per month)
Required Experience
* 5 years as a *Development Product Owner* or similar role
* Strong *Scrum / Agile team experience*
* 3-5 years of *Jira* experience (feature/story creation, backlog management)
* Proven ability to document *detailed software requirements*
* Experience with *test planning and execution*
* Comfort working in regulated, enterprise environments
