We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to support analytics and reporting across a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Power BI development, Power BI Report Server administration, and managing onboarding processes for new Power BI users.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models in a highly regulated environment.
Administer, configure, and support Power BI Report Server, ensuring stability, governance, and performance.
Manage and execute the end‑to‑end Power BI onboarding process for new customers, including requirements gathering, setup, access, security, and training.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize existing BI solutions.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.

- 5 years of Power BI report/dashboard development experience (DAX, Power Query, modeling, report design)
- Strong troubleshooting experience supporting enterprise BI environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading sessions and office hours
