PC Support Technician

Description

We are seeking a PC Support Technician to assist with IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support roles and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill hardware requests and manage inventory in the IT warehouse.
• Receive, ship, and track IT hardware using SAP and ServiceNow.
• Update asset records for received and deployed equipment.
• Recover IT equipment from onsite locations and coordinate returns from remote users.
• Deploy computer peripherals (e.g., monitors, docking stations).
• Image and prepare computers for deployment.
• Follow up with managers regarding offboarded employees to ensure proper equipment return.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in IT support roles such as Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Hardware Fulfillment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM).
• Experience with SAP for asset tracking and inventory management.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field.
• CompTIA A certification.
  
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
