This is not an entry‑level role . We’re seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional who enjoys working behind the scenes, keeping financial data clean, balanced, and moving smoothly through the revenue pipeline.
Why This Role Is Different
- Work with a specialized, centralized surgery center operation
- Play a critical role in charge and payment accuracy
- Collaborate with coding, billing, and AR teams without patient-facing stress
- Hybrid schedule once training is complete
- Stable, weekday schedule — no weekends, no nights
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
- Start times between 7:30am – 8:30am
- Hybrid after training (3 days in office / 2 remote)
- Wednesdays are in-office for all
- Posting charges and payments with precision
- Reconciling financial data and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting clean claims and downstream billing efforts
- Working within established revenue cycle systems and workflows
- 3 years experience in medical billing / revenue cycle
- Hands-on charge posting and payment posting experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and payer processes
- Someone detail-oriented, reliable, and confident in their work
