Required Qualifications
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related environments.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-call-volume setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients, insurance providers, and healthcare facilities.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
- Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Document patient communications accurately within electronic systems.
- Route calls and messages to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Build positive relationships with patients and colleagues through effective communication.
- Spanish/English bilingual required.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service, call center, or healthcare experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- 100% onsite.
- High-volume healthcare contact center.
- Training schedule typically begins between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a regular schedule of 10:00 AM–6:00 PM following training.
