- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and verifying insurance coverage.
- Provide accurate information regarding care authorizations and healthcare services.
- Document patient interactions and update records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless patient service.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Experience with HMO insurance and insurance verification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using call center software and healthcare systems.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or patient services setting preferred.
- Must pass a drug test and background check prior to employment.
