In this role, you will provide high‑quality customer service to patients who have upcoming appointments. Responsibilities include updating patient information, verifying insurance details, and entering data into the internal system.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to patients by assisting with appointment‑related needs.
- Update patient records, including demographics, medical history, date of birth, and other required details.
- Verify and update insurance information in the patient database.
- Enter patient data accurately into Cerner and other internal systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience (in‑person experience acceptable).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while asking for help when needed.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
