The office sees approximately 30 patients per day and offers a mix of phone-based customer service and administrative/front desk responsibilities.

- Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions regarding insurance coverage, product eligibility, costs, appointments, and services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for clinical staff.
- Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations and referrals.
- Process orders and maintain accurate order status updates within the computer system.
- File customer orders, medical records, and other documentation.
- Prepare documents for imaging and record management.
- Assist with patient check-in and discharge processes.
- Provide exceptional service to patients of all ages in a busy walk-in and appointment-based environment.

- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to retain processes.

- Medical, healthcare, or insurance customer service experience.
- Insurance verification experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HAP, Blue Cross, or Medicare Advantage plans.
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry experience.
- Face-to-face customer service experience in a healthcare or service environment.
